Privacy policy

• Account information you provide: name, email, role, company details, investor expertise.
• Session content: the prompts you write, the videos you record, the messages you send, the ratings you leave.
• Payment metadata: Stripe handles card numbers; we store only the charge ID and amount.
• Operational logs: IP, user agent, and request paths for security and debugging. No PII is written to application logs.

To run the marketplace: match founders with investors, take payments, hold funds in escrow, deliver sessions, and resolve disputes. We do not sell your data and we do not run targeted advertising.

Only the processors below, each scoped to a specific function:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, file storage
• Stripe — Payments, escrow, investor payouts (Connect)
• Postmark — Transactional email
• Mux — Video recording and playback (intro videos, async replies)
• Daily.co — Live video calls (pitch slots, 30-minute calls)
• Cal.com — Scheduling for live sessions
• Vercel — Web hosting, edge functions, log retention

Account data: until you delete your account. Session content: indefinitely while your account exists, since it underpins the payment record. Logs: 30 days. Stripe retains payment records independently per its own retention policy.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing privacy@startarmenia.am. We respond within 30 days. Payment records required by law are retained even after account deletion.
